Notes: At time of reserving tournament date, a $200 deposit is required towards tournament final cost. One week in advance, a draw of players attending is requested. Final participation numbers must be confirmed three days in advance. Total balance owing is due the day of event. At the discretion of the Club, events may not be scheduled before 11:00 am.
